Do We Have An Immune System?

What is The Immune System? According to Scientific Research "The immune system is a complex network of cells, tissues, and organs that protects the body from disease and infection"
We all have been told when you're not feeling well take some vitamin C , no doubt we need vitamins in our body but first of all what is the body doing that makes us feel ill in the first place? The so called "Immune system" is actually your Lymphatic System, which consists of organs, (Tissues of the lymph).

Could it be we have mistaken disease for what the body actually does naturally? Working constantly to rid the body of toxins, excessive waste, and acidic buildup of fluids in our bodies, how is it that our intelligently designed being has a hard time eliminating foreign contaminants like viruses, bad bacteria (not the good bacteria we need), and parasites? (Some are formed internally, as explained in What are parasites blog.) So what makes the body unable to eliminate or fight off infections, inflammation, and disease? It's mostly taught to us that a foreign invader puts our bodies under attack, and if the immune system is too weak, it begins to attack itself, causing deadly symptoms. First, let's talk about what a symptom is and then you're going to get your answer. Symptom definition- A symptom is a change in a person's body that indicates a disease or condition and can only be felt or experienced by the person experiencing it. Sounds like a personal problem, right? These symptoms we experience are through the body's autonomic nervous system sending messages informing us something is out of balance, also known as dysesthesia, which is the term for symptoms that disrupt how you experience touch-based sensations. What you feel with your sense of touch can be unpleasant, unusual, or painful.
As scientific research shows, maintaining a proper immune function is number one. Eat/consume well to get enough vitamins and minerals. What you will find most rich with these is going to be in your melons (especially watermelon), with high water content H320, such as cantaloupe, honeydew, and papaya (discussed in another blog, "How to Really Hydrate"). The problem we are having is lack of nutrition, drinking water that has been processed under reverse osmosis,While RO can remove many contaminants, it can also remove healthy minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium. This can make the water more acidic and corrosive to plumbing systems. Can you imagine what it does to your system, stripping your vital nutrients that are part of who you are and what you need to function well and live healthy?

2. What nutritional value do we even get from the foods we are consuming? Today we have so many diets to choose from; although we can talk about how this and that have many benefits, what is the design and structure of our body? What do we need to function well, as well as what gives us nutrition to not just exist but to be a well-established being? Our bodies essentially "run on electricity." Without it, your body will misfire! Be an electric-tarian, lol, simply consuming an electric-rich food diet, but once again, going back to even though many foods have "good benefits," what are the cons to animal meats, dairy, and processed food? Although you can get some forms of nutrients in these foods, the down side is they all are highly mucus-forming foods, and to consume animal products is an eye for an eye survival mode to stay fed. We are constantly on the go, so busy, and need something to fill our gut now, and we do pay for it later. I once heard a saying, "If you want the rich man's diet, you better be able to afford the rich man's doctor bill." To eat right is expensive, right? Well, if we are trying to have a complete 3 meals a day, all organic cage-free. Free from this and that, it can get overwhelming, but the reality is it's very simple. Proper nutrition comes with a proper understanding of who you are. 2 apples a day have enough amino acids and nutrients to sustain you for a whole day, depending on your lifestyle needs and habits. No wonder why the old saying "an apple a day will keep the doctor away": you will have your nutrition but you will still feel hungry, so to sum this all up, simply proper nutrition rich in electric power-packed food, not a food product. Your body needs nourishment, sustenance, provisions; eat a mucus-less diet; and a raw plant based diet.

In conclusion, our lymphatic system is responsible for cleaning out the excess buildup of mucus, acids, bad bacteria, and fungi from our body for a strong immunity. Having a strong lymphatic system means keeping the sewage system clean and bringing nourishment to your organs and cells, feeding your system the proper nutrition for maximum protection to function, and when the system is compromised or a regular tune-up is needed for the lymphatic system, herbal care comes in place.
